VERIOK Certification
How to obtain a VERIOK® certificate for products, processes, services and verifiable results.
VERIOK reviews each request to define what is to be certified, what information must support it and under which scope a result may be issued. When the case meets the applicable conditions, a VERIOK certificate is issued with an enabled status and consultation mode.
Evidence adapted to each level of confidentiality
Digital assessment does not mean that all information must be deposited on the platform. VERIOK adapts how evidence is reviewed to its nature, sensitivity and level of risk.
Review without deposit
Especially sensitive information may be reviewed through controlled sessions, temporary access or demonstrations, retaining only the record needed to justify the assessment.
On-site review
Where required by the nature of the activity or its confidentiality, an on-site review may be considered under a specific proposal.
The applicable method is agreed before the assessment begins and is recorded in the scope and engagement letter.

VERIOK reviews the initial information to specify what will be included in the file, which documentation will be required and which conditions apply.
03 · The file is reviewed
The related documentation and references are reviewed according to the type of case, its complexity and the level of depth required.
04 · The result is issued
Where applicable, VERIOK issues the certificate, records its status, defines its validity period and may associate a VERIOK Badge.
