VERIOK reviews each request to define what is to be certified, what information must support it and under which scope a result may be issued. When the case meets the applicable conditions, a VERIOK certificate is issued with an enabled status and consultation mode.
Digital assessment does not mean that all information must be deposited on the platform. VERIOK adapts how evidence is reviewed to its nature, sensitivity and level of risk.
Documentation may be added to the private case file and remain accessible only to authorised persons.
Especially sensitive information may be reviewed through controlled sessions, temporary access or demonstrations, retaining only the record needed to justify the assessment.
Where required by the nature of the activity or its confidentiality, an on-site review may be considered under a specific proposal.
The applicable method is agreed before the assessment begins and is recorded in the scope and engagement letter.
Learn about evidence review methodsEach certification begins with a defined request. The process makes it possible to define clearly what is being certified, what information is considered and what result may be issued.
Describe the product, process, service, delivery, agreement or specific situation you want to submit for certification.
VERIOK reviews the initial information to specify what will be included in the file, which documentation will be required and which conditions apply.
The related documentation and references are reviewed according to the type of case, its complexity and the level of depth required.
Where applicable, VERIOK issues the certificate, records its status, defines its validity period and may associate a VERIOK Badge.
The VERIOK certificate identifies what has been certified, who it belongs to, its scope, the applicable conditions, its status and how long it remains valid.
A document issued for the object, process, service or case defined in the file.
A visual distinction associated where the result and its conditions of use allow it.
Status consultation through VERIOK-ID and the enabled mode.
After receiving the request, VERIOK studies what you need: products, processes, services, deliveries, agreements and other work in any sector that requires a traceable, documented result with a defined consultation mode.
A certificate is the final evidence of a good product, process or service, awarded for work carried out well. VERIOK certifies that work with evidence and data, helping companies and professionals achieve an optimal quality standard.
