How the amount is confirmed

VERIOK does not apply automatic prices without first reviewing the scope of the file.

    Initial request

    Tell us what you need to certify. State the type of process, service, product or delivery and the main objectives.

    Scope review

    We analyse the information received to define the scope of the file, the required evidence and the applicable conditions.

    Engagement letter

    We send you the engagement letter with the defined scope, activities to be performed, conditions and corresponding amount.

    Acceptance and payment

    You review and accept the proposal. Payment is made securely through Stripe, confirming the start of the agreed process.

    File opening

    Once payment is confirmed, we open the VERIOK file and begin the activities according to the agreed scope.

Payment allows the agreed process to begin; issuance of the certificate is subject to a favourable decision.A secure, transparent and traceable process.

For organisations, recurring needs, multiple files, API or specific requirements.

Amounts exclude taxes and will be confirmed in the corresponding proposal.
