A documented system
VERIOK activities are carried out under SVK-001, a proprietary system that defines how applications are received, scopes are delimited, evidence is reviewed, decisions are documented and results remain available for consultation.

The VERIOK System relies on documented internal criteria to structure files, define scope and exclusions, record information, apply reviews, document decisions and control certificate status.

The file identifies the case, purpose, responsible party and available information.
02 · Scope, conditions and exclusions
Each certificate states what was reviewed, which conditions were considered and which aspects remain outside the scope.
03 · Record and custody of related documentation
Relevant information is organised under the applicable confidentiality and consultation rules.
04 · Proportionate review by file type
The review adapts to risk, purpose, complexity and available information.
05 · Documented decision and status management
The file documents the decision and controls certificate status throughout its lifecycle.

Consultation is adapted to each case without exposing unnecessary sensitive information.
How VERIOK works
VERIOK does not prepare or operate the object it certifies. Its role is to review the case within the agreed scope and document the result where appropriate.
Understand the case
The object to be certified, the purpose of the certificate and its intended context are identified.
Define what is certified
The file contents, required information and applicable conditions are specified.
Gather the required information
Documents, references, responsible parties, dates, versions and supporting elements related to the case are organised.
Review and decide
VERIOK applies the appropriate review method based on the case type, risk, complexity and available information.
Issue the result where applicable
The file documents whether to issue, limit, request corrections, reject, suspend or withdraw the result.
Controlled use
Where applicable, VERIOK issues the certificate, records its status and validity, may associate a VERIOK Badge and enables the appropriate consultation mode.
Scope and limits of the VERIOK System
VERIOK issues private certificates for facts, processes, documentation, agreements, operations or results that can be described, reviewed and supported by suitable information. Each certificate expressly defines its scope, exclusions and conditions of use.
VERIOK operates with its own private certification system. It does not act as an accredited body unless expressly stated for a specific service.
VERIOK certifies facts that can be documented and reviewed. It does not certify opinions, intentions, promises or future results.
Where a rule, contract, public authority or third party requires an official certification, licence, regulatory audit or specific accreditation, that requirement remains necessary.
The level reflects the depth applied to the file.
VERIOK Badges indicate the level of review, evidence and control applied to the case. Scope, status, validity and conditions of use are always available in the certificate or through the enabled verification method.

The associated badge, where applicable, reflects the level defined for the certificate according to the scope, reviewed information and applicable conditions. It is not acquired automatically through payment for a request.
Three consultation modes
The consultation mode is defined according to the intended use of the certificate and the confidentiality level of the file. The consultation must never reveal unnecessary sensitive information.
Allows verification of existence, status, summarised scope and the associated badge where applicable, through a public identifier or link.
Provides access to expanded information only to authorised people or entities under the conditions of the file.
Confirms minimum data such as existence, identifier and status without displaying associated documentation or sensitive information.
Confidentiality by design in the case file
VERIOK applies a minimisation principle: it requests only the information needed to assess the defined scope. Evidence may be provided through private upload, controlled remote review or on-site review.
Information used for the assessment does not automatically form part of the certificate or public verification. The public result is limited to the scope, status and data expressly enabled.

On-site review or review in a closed environment, without transferring sensitive documentation unless expressly authorised.

VERIOK operates its own system to issue certificates for specific cases where the scope and available information allow it.
Defined scope
Each certificate states what has been certified, which conditions apply and what remains outside the issued result.
Validity and status
Issued certificates include a status and validity period that can be checked through the enabled verification method.
Designed to operate with sound judgement and traceability.
This framework allows VERIOK certificates to be issued consistently, with proportionate traceability, confidentiality rules and consultation mechanisms adapted to each case.

Results may remain accessible in accordance with the defined consultation method.
