Confidentiality and evidence review
VERIOK is digital by default, but assessment does not require highly confidential information to be deposited when it can be reviewed in a controlled manner.
Digital certification by default. Controlled review where information cannot be deposited. On-site review where the scope requires it.
Three review methods
Controlled remote review
Information may be shown through temporary access, a controlled session or a demonstration without providing VERIOK with a copy.
On-site review
Where required by the activity or confidentiality, review at the premises is assessed and budgeted under a specific proposal.
Limited access and minimisation
Only necessary information
The scope defines what must be reviewed. Documentation unrelated to that scope is not requested.
Professionals under controlled assignment
Professional involvement is expressly assigned according to competence, authorisation and confidentiality conditions. There is no automatic access.
Record without a copy
Where evidence is not deposited, the case file may retain the reference or hash, date, reviewed scope and observations needed to justify the assessment.
Retention and deletion
The applicable period is agreed for each case file. At its end, documentation is retained or deleted under the agreed conditions and applicable obligations.
Private case file, certificate and Verify
The private case file contains authorised working documentation and traceability. The certificate records the issued result and scope. Verify displays only the status and data expressly enabled; private evidence is not published automatically.
The method is reviewed before the scope, conditions and budget are confirmed and is recorded in the engagement letter.
